If the painting does not give you the expected satisfaction, you have 1 month from the date of receipt to request an exchange with a painting of the same value, or its full refund.
Proceed this way:
You just need to contact me by email (email@example.com) and tell me the replacement painting you did choose, or if you want a refund of the painting.
For an exchange, only the return transport costs remain at your expense. Once we did receive the painting, and after checking its status, I will send you the painting chosen as soon as possible.
In case of a refund, it will be done immediately after receipt of the returned painting and verification of its status.
